Event security and crowd management in Glasgow

Events run on planning. We work with organisers across Glasgow on concerts, festivals, corporate events and private functions, covering everything from the risk assessment and crowd plan through to the officers on the ground on the day.

Planning before the gates open

We assess the site, the expected numbers and the crowd profile, then agree entry points, search policy, capacity, and how the team communicates once it is busy. Getting this right beforehand is what keeps an event calm when a queue builds or the weather turns.

Scaled to the event, not the invoice

A private function and a multi stage event need very different teams. We scale from a handful of stewards up to a full deployment with supervisors, search teams and response, and we would rather tell you a smaller team is enough than sell you a deployment you do not need.

Where we cover

We are based at Newton Place in Glasgow city centre and cover the whole city and the surrounding area, including the city centre, Merchant City, the West End, Paisley, East Kilbride, Hamilton and Clydebank. How it works

From first call to officers on site

Four steps, and you know exactly what happens at each one before you commit to anything.

  1. 01

    Site survey

We attend your premises, assess the risk properly and put a written proposal in front of you. No quote is issued from a phone call and a postcode.

  2. 02

    Agreed procedures

Alarm zones, escalation contacts, access arrangements and reporting requirements are documented and signed off before an officer sets foot on site.

  3. 03

    Officers assigned

A named team is allocated to your contract and briefed on your site file, so the people attending know the building before their first shift.

  4. 04

    Ongoing reporting

Written records after every attendance, reviewed with you at agreed intervals and retained for the life of the contract.
