Key holding and alarm response in Glasgow

Activations are attended by SIA licensed officers, not by your staff. Keys are held in secure, anonymised storage under a documented chain of custody, and every attendance produces a written report. Available 24 hours a day across Glasgow and the surrounding area.

Your staff are removed from the response

Sending an employee to an activation alone, at night, is a lone working risk your organisation carries and is difficult to defend if something goes wrong. Our officers attend in their place, deployed in pairs where the risk assessment requires it. They complete a full internal and external inspection, secure the premises, and confirm the outcome to you once the site is resolved.

Documented key custody

Keys are held in a coded, tamper evident cabinet and carry no address or identifying marks, so a misplaced key does not compromise the premises. Every issue and return is signed and time stamped, and access is restricted to named officers. Where an incident requires it, we arrange lock replacement.

Evidence, not reassurance

Each callout is documented: activation time, time of arrival, findings, supporting photographs, action taken and final outcome. Attendance by police or alarm engineers is recorded alongside it. The result is a record you can put in front of an insurer or a loss adjuster rather than a verbal account after the fact.

Where we cover

How it works

From first call to officers on site

Four steps, and you know exactly what happens at each one before you commit to anything.

  1. 01

    Site survey

We attend your premises, assess the risk properly and put a written proposal in front of you. No quote is issued from a phone call and a postcode.

  2. 02

    Agreed procedures

Alarm zones, escalation contacts, access arrangements and reporting requirements are documented and signed off before an officer sets foot on site.

  3. 03

    Officers assigned

A named team is allocated to your contract and briefed on your site file, so the people attending know the building before their first shift.

  4. 04

    Ongoing reporting

Written records after every attendance, reviewed with you at agreed intervals and retained for the life of the contract.
